Hurricane Standard Series Pen Mandrel with collet mount accepts a sliding 7mm shaft. This mandrel includes a 7mm mandrel shaft that slides through a headstock collet. The collet clamps down tightly on the mandrel shaft with two wrenches (not included).

The Mandrel You Should Buy
I've had several Mandrels from various manufacturers; this one is my favorite. Why you may ask, it uses a centering collet to precisely center the shaft which is always better compared to an Allen set screw where the shaft is slightly offset from center. A precise center reduces vibrations, which allows for nicer pen finish.
