Amazon and eBay
We take great effort to create the best buying experience for our customers on each of our platforms. Although you will find the best choice of products on our website, we have been selling on Amazon.com since 2004 and on eBay since 1996. On both platforms you can find us by our store name - The Woodturning Store. On both platforms we mostly sell bundles and multi-packs of products we offer on our website, occasionally we offer the same products on our website, eBay and Amazon.
In store Pick-up and In store Purchases
We allow pickup of items purchased through our website. If you are local, you will see the option for pickup/pay in store at Checkout. Please call us at (631) 975-2800 prior to visiting the store. This will ensure we have your item available, are able to have your order ready upon arrival, and ensure the fastest checkout.
If you are interested in learning more about a specific product, we will be happy to assist you with learning about it! We do not have a browsing section of our store, so we ask that if you choose to come by, please call us beforehand so we can ensure we are providing you with our full attention.
Website Account Troubleshooting
If you cannot login to your account or forgot your password, click the Person Icon on the top righthand of our website. Underneath LOGIN, select Forgot Password. It will take you to the next screen. Please enter the email address associated with your Account to retrieve your password. Make sure you are using the correct email address, and that you are entering your email, and not a new password. Then click Reset Password. You should get an email soon. Please be sure to check your Junk folder if you are not receiving it. Once you receive the email, please follow the prompts, and select a new password of your choice.
Product Instruction Sheets, Care Sheets and How-to’s
We have created our Learning Center to focus on all questions, how-to’s and product information. This part of our website is still growing, and we are adding more information often. This is the place you will find instruction sheets, product care and videos to assist you with your projects and product knowledge. Many of our products also include helpful videos and downloadable documents in the description, so be sure to check the specific product as well. If you are still unsure, or have a very specific question, please reach out to us. We also are happy to accept any requests for videos and documents, as your feedback will allow us to create the best possible experience on our Learning Center.
Issue with a Product
We understand when the unexpected occurs. If there is an issue with your product, we are here to assist you. Please to reach out to email@example.com with your Order #, Product Name, Contact Information, and a description of an issue you are experiencing. Based on the issue, we will work with you to find the best possible solution. If your order was received more than 30 days ago, we will evaluate the situation and respond accordingly.
