How To Submit A Return


1. Click the person icon on the top right side of the page.

2. Login into your account by entering your email and password. Enter the email address associated with your account or your order. If you do not remember your password select 'Forgot Your Password?' link and enter the email address associated with your Account. Then click Reset Password. Once you receive the email, please follow the prompts, and select a new password of your choice.

3. Once you are logged in click the person icon again. The menu will drop down.

4. Click on Orders at the top. This will take you to a screen of all your orders you have placed with The Woodturning Store.

5. Select the order that the item you would like to return is on.

6. Go to the righthand side of the screen, and click the 'Return Items?' link.

7. Choose the item and how many (qty) you would like to return.

8. Then select your 'Return Reason' using the drop down menu.

9. And select your 'Return Action' using the drop down menu.

10. When all the drop down menus are filled out, please press the 'Submit Return Request' button.

11. Once approved, you will receive the RMA number via email. Please ship the item(s) back to us including all parts in the original packaging, RMA number and Packaging Slip.

12. We will initiate the appropriate refund after the return is received and evaluated by us. Please refer to our Return Policy for more information.
