Best Price Guarantee

We want you to know that you will get the best price at The Woodturning Store. We are authorized dealers for every product we sell. If you find a lower advertised priced from any other U.S. authorized dealer, call us and let us know. We'll beat any competitive price by 10%, subject to verification. Please contact us and have the competitor's advertisement available for our representative. We'll verify the pricing and product description, brand name, availability and product details. Some manufacturer's do not allow us to participate in this program and are excluded from this guarantee. Please ask a sales representative for details or contact us by email. Advertised items must be factory-sealed new product. We cannot include demonstration models, "B" Stock or factory seconds, sale items, discontinued merchandise, or Closeout items. Items must be in-stock, advertised, and verifiable on the web or in a local or national paper, magazine, or catalog by an authorized dealer.

Sales Tax

We are located in the State of New York and therefore we do not collect sales tax for all other states. We are required to collect sales tax for items purchased in our retail store or ordered online or by telephone and shipped to the State of New York only. As with all purchases from every merchant, you may be required to submit sales tax to your individual state. Please check your local codes.

Methods of Payment

Online orders can be paid for with VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express Cards. We also accept Paypal payments to verified address. We can only ship to the address which is also the billing address for your credit card. For large purchases we may call you for verification and may also ask you to submit our credit card authorization document for large purchase. We accept credit cards and cash payments in our retail store.

Local Pickup of Items Purchased Online, eBay or Amazon.com

We do allow pickup of items purchased through our online venues. We suggest that you call and verify availability prior to visiting the store. Some items are serviced by our technicians prior to shipment and require additional time before pickup or shipment.
